What the report shows

Here is what you will see in the report.

  • The land details The name of the person or company currently registered as the owner, and the full ownership history, the land size, location, land-use type and other important information.
  • Bank charges or legal dispute on the land Whether a bank has placed a claim on this land, for example as security for a loan or the land has a legal litigatio on it. Land with an active bank charge or legal issue cannot be sold until the charge/issue is resolved.
  • GPS location and boundary The exact coordinates and outline of the land on a map. You can drive to the location yourself and confirm that what you see on the ground matches what you were shown by the seller.
